The invention provides a high-altitude installing method of an ultralong steel beam. Embedded parts are installed before casting basic concrete structures at two ends of an ultralong beam; H-shaped steel is welded into a Z-shaped component; the two Z-shaped components are paired to form a U-shaped support; the upper end of each Z-shaped component is fixedly connected with a corresponding concretepost; at least two U-shaped supports are parallelly arranged on sectional steel concrete posts arranged at the two ends of the ultralong beam; channel steel is fixedly connected between bottom beams of the two U-shaped supports; all U-shaped supports are combined into a whole; a springboard is flatly laid on the channel steel, and is firmly bound by iron wires; a construction platform is formed atthe bottom of the U-shaped supporters; and finally, segmented steel beams are spliced on the U-shaped supports. The installing method provided by the invention can be used for fast and effectively completing installation of the steel beam, and has the advantages that the stability is very good; the installation speed is accelerated; the installation quality is faster and more effectively improved; the use time of a tower crane is reduced; a platform structure can be repeatedly used; the mounting and dismounting are convenient; the lease expense of a scaffold is avoided; the construction progress is accelerated; and the cost is effectively reduced.
本发明提供一种超长钢梁高空的安装方法,在超长梁两端的基础混凝土结构浇筑前安装埋件;采用H型钢焊接成一个Z型构件,两Z型构件组对为一个U型支撑,Z型构件上端与混凝土柱固接;在超长梁两端型钢混凝土柱上并列安装至少两个U型支撑,在两榀U型支撑的底梁之间固接槽钢,使所有U型支撑组合成整体;在槽钢上平铺跳板,用铁线绑扎牢固,U型支撑底部形成施工平台;最后,在U型支撑上拼装分段钢梁,本发明此安装方法能够快速有效的完成钢梁的安装,并且稳定性极好,提高了安装的速率,更快更有效的提高安装质量,节省塔吊使用时间,平台结构能够重复使用,拆装方便,避免脚手架的租赁费用,加快施工进度,有效地节约成本。
