The invention discloses a parking garbage mechanism which comprises an upper parking plate. A first telescopic supporting part and a second telescopic supporting part used for supporting the upper parking plate are arranged on one side of the upper parking plate. A third telescopic supporting part used for supporting the upper parking plate is arranged on the other side of the upper parking plate.The upper end of the first telescopic supporting part is connected with the front end side of the upper parking plate, and the upper end of the second telescopic supporting part is connected with therear end side of the upper parking plate. The upper end of a third telescopic supporting part is connected with the middle side of the upper parking plate. The lower end of the first telescopic supporting part, the lower end of the second telescopic supporting part and the lower end of the third telescopic supporting part are connected with the ground surface or a lower parking plate in a pivot manner. An upper parking plate rotating driving device is arranged on the ground or the lower parking plate. A limiting part limiting the third telescopic supporting part to rotate backwards from the vertical position is arranged on the ground or the lower parking plate. By means of the parking garage mechanism, after a single-house-type parking space is transformed, the single-house-type parking space can be changed into two parking spaces from the single parking space, and after the parking garage mechanism is applied on the market, the parking space supply can be greatly increased.
