The invention provides a spring energy storage intelligent parking lock. The spring energy storage intelligent parking lock comprises wheel rolling energy recycle devices, a clockwork spring energy storage structure, a crank rocker transmission structure, a cam, a remote control electromagnet, an electric control module and a swing arm, wherein the wheel rolling energy recycle devices can store wheel rolling energy into the clockwork spring energy storage structure, the electric control module controls the remote control electromagnet to move, and lifting of the swing arm of the parking lock is controlled through the cam and the crank rocker structure. The spring energy storage intelligent parking lock is adopted and can be directly mounted on a road surface without damaging a current roadsurface; and the wheel rolling energy can be recycled, and the collected energy is stored in a clockwork spring in a form of elastic potential energy, and is used for driving the swing arm of the parking lock to swing so as to reduce the energy consumption of the parking lock and prolong the service life of a storage battery.
