The invention provides a conveniently transported confidential safe box which comprises a safe box body. A box door is hinged to the front surface of the safe box body through three hinges, a controller is bolted to the left side of the front surface of the box door, a lockset is embedded into the center of the right side of the front surface of the box door, and a fixed rack is bolted to the center on the top of the safe box body. Fingers can be recorded by means of a finger logger. Faces and article delivery and storage processes of a sender and a recipient can be recorded and shot in wholecourse through a high definition camera. The moving position of the safe box body can be positioned through a GPS positioning module. By matching a central processing unit, a driving module, a displaymodule, a code generating module, a dynamic password generating module, a communication transmission module and a module of an intelligent display screen, a code and a dynamic password can be furthersent to the recipient and the sender, and the recipient receiving the password clicks confirm to close the safe box.
