The invention relates to a side hung door capable of moving bidirectionally. A door body structure consists of a fixed bracket, a door body, linear slide block guide rails, a bidirectionally moving support, locking mechanisms and a mechanical baffle plate. Linear guide rails are separately fixed to the upper and lower sides of the fixed bracket, the door body is connected to the linear guide railsof a fixed rack through the bidirectionally moving support and can move linearly along a direction of the linear guide rails. A pin roller is arranged in a limiting chute of the bidirectionally moving support. The door body can move along a direction vertical to a door body plane integrally. The door body moving in position is limited by the mechanical baffle plate. The door body and a door frameare compacted by the locking mechanisms. By arranging the quantity of the locking mechanisms reasonably, the side hung door can bear a certain positive pressure.
