A lower wateroutlet is arranged in a lower portion of the body. A nozzle is machined above the body. A filter screen is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the nozzle. A foaming core is fixedly connected above the lower water outlet. During an upward water outlet face washing process, a fountain-like water flow is sprayed on a face of a user, skin is gently massaged and relieved, and the water flow can directly enter into a mouth without a water cup during tooth brushing and mouth rinsing so that bacteria are prevented from breeding in the water cup and harming health. In conclusion, compared with anexisting tap, by using the device of the invention, a multifunctional water outlet mode is added, an upper water outlet function is added too, use is convenient for consumers, and meanwhile, a largeamount of water is saved, production is equivalent to that of an ordinary tap, and actual use is more convenient.
