Automatic camera calibration method and system for rut detection vehicle
The invention discloses an automatic camera calibration method and an automatic camera calibration system for a rut detection vehicle. The automatic camera calibration method comprises the steps of: firstly, setting a calibration piece in the visual range of a CCD area-array camera to be calibrated with a fixed angle, wherein a plurality of tips sequentially distributed in the horizontal directionare arranged on the calibration piece, and therefore linear lasers generated by a linear laser device can irradiate the tips of all protrusions; secondly, driving the calibration piece to continuously move in the vertical direction, and meanwhile, shooting a picture by adopting the CCD area-array camera to be calibrated; and finally, calculating a coefficient of the CCD area-array camera to be calibrated by means of a formula (1) according to two-dimensional space coordinates of the convex tips on the calibration piece and the corresponding image coordinates. According to the automatic cameracalibration method and the automatic camera calibration system, the laser detection technology and the digital image technology are combined, various complex environments can be dealt with, the measurement result is visual and reliable, and the measurement process is safe and convenient.
本发明公开了一种车辙检测车的相机自动标定方法及系统,首先在角度固定的待标定CCD面阵相机的可视范围内设置一个标定件,标定件上设置有多个沿水平方向依次分布的尖端,使得线激光器产生的线激光能够照射到每个凸起的尖端上;然后带动标定件沿竖直方向持续移动,同时采用待标定CCD面阵相机拍摄照片;最后根据标定件上凸起尖端的二维空间坐标及其对应的图像坐标,通过公式(1)计算出待标定CCD面阵相机的系数。本发明将激光检测技术和数字图像技术相结合,能够应对多种复杂环境,测量结果直观、可靠;测量过程安全、便捷。
