Novel caulking agent
The invention discloses a novel caulking agent, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 34-40 parts of cement, 45-56 parts of quartz sand, 0.8-1.2 parts of rubber powder, 0.1-0.2 part of hydroxypropyl cellulose ether, 0.1-0.15 part of polypropylene fiber, 0.3-0.5 part of a waterproof agent, 0.15-0.25 part of polyphenyl particles, 0.08-0.12 part of starch ether and 8-12 parts of aerated concrete waste. The preparation method comprises the following steps: drying quartz sand, and crushing aerated concrete waste into aerated concrete waste residues; weighing cement,the quartz sand, rubber powder, hydroxypropyl cellulose ether, polypropylene fiber, a waterproof agent, polyphenyl particles, starch ether and the aerated concrete waste residues according to a formula; putting the cement and the quartz sand into a stirrer, uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture 1; putting the rubber powder, the hydroxypropyl cellulose ether, the polypropylene fiber, the waterproof agent, the polyphenyl particles, the starch ether and the aerated concrete waste residues into the mixture 1; and packaging the novel caulking agent. The novel caulking agent disclosed by the invention is low in apparent density, high in compressive strength, high in tensile bonding strength, good in water-retaining property, good in thermal insulation property and small in shrinkage value.
