Method for preparing refractory balls from waste refractory materials
The invention relates to the technical field of refractory ball preparation, in particular to a method for preparing refractory balls from waste refractory materials. The method sequentially comprisesthe following steps: a, material collecting; b, sorting; c, burdening; d, primary crushing; e, fine grinding; f, mixing and grinding; g, ageing; h, forming; i, drying; and j, sintering. Waste refractory materials are used as raw materials for preparing the refractory ball; on one hand, the waste refractory materials contain a relatively high Al2O3 content; on the other hand, the waste refractorymaterials are basically formed by high-temperature firing during preparation, can be used as bauxite clinker by breaking the original crystal phase structure after being crushed, and can improve the mixing uniformity of the materials through long-time ageing in combination with the steps provided by the invention so as to improve the forming strength during sintering; and the tunnel kiln type continuous long-time firing is adopted to prepare the refractory ball product meeting the industrial standard, the waste refractory materials are utilized, and the method is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
本发明涉及耐火球制备技术领域,具体涉及利用废旧耐火材料制备耐火球的方法,依次包括以下步骤:a、收料;b、拣选;c、配料;d、初粉碎;e、细粉碎;f、混碾;g、困料;h、成型;i、烘干;j、烧结。采用废旧耐火材料作为制备耐火球的原料,一方面是因为废旧耐火材料中含有较高的Al2O3含量,另一方面,废旧耐火材料在制备时基本也是经过高温烧制而成,经过粉碎后,破坏原来的晶相结构,可以作为“铝矾土熟料”来使用,并结合本发明所提供的步骤,经过较长时间的困料,可以提升物料的混合均匀性,以提升烧结时形成较强的强度;再采用隧道窑式的连续长时间烧制,制备出符合行业标准的耐火球产品,同时利用了废旧耐火材料,节能环保。
