Steel anchor beam mounting method
The invention provides a steel anchor beam mounting method. The steel anchor beam mounting method comprises the following steps that a pre-positioning structure of a steel anchor beam is mounted on aconcrete support in a tower column; a first construction platform is erected between the two horizontally-opposite concrete corbels; hoisting the split steel anchor beam on the first construction platform; erecting a second construction platform above the first construction platform; splicing the steel anchor beams on the first construction platform by utilizing the second construction platform; the spliced steel anchor beams are placed on the corresponding concrete supports through a second construction platform; from bottom to top, the steel anchor beams on the upper layer are used for conducting elevation positioning on the steel anchor beams on the lower layer; the steel anchor beams subjected to elevation positioning are aligned and installed in the tower column, so that installationof the single steel anchor beam is completed; and the steps are executed circularly until all the steel anchor beams are installed. According to the construction method, the split steel anchor beams are separately hoisted on the first construction platform, so that the construction efficiency of the tower column can be improved.
本发明提供一种钢锚梁安装方法,包括以下步骤:在塔柱内的混凝土牛腿上安装钢锚梁的预定位结构;在水平相对的两个混凝土牛腿之间搭设第一施工平台;将拆分后的钢锚梁吊装于所述第一施工平台上;在第一施工平台上方搭设第二施工平台;在第一施工平台上利用所述第二施工平台进行钢锚梁的拼接;利用第二施工平台将拼接好的钢锚梁放置在对应的所述混凝土牛腿上;从下至上,利用上一层的钢锚梁对下一层的钢锚梁进行高程定位;对进行高程定位后的钢锚梁在塔柱内进行对位安装,以完成单个钢锚梁的的安装;循环执行上述步骤,直至完成所有钢锚梁的安装。本发明中,通过将拆分后的钢锚梁分开吊装于所述第一施工平台上,有利于提高塔柱施工的效率。
