Several reinforced columns, an upper cross beam and a lower cross beam which are parallel to each other are arranged between every two adjacent reinforcing stand columns. A plurality of parallel rotary shading plates are arranged between the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam at intervals; the two ends of the rotary shading plate are correspondingly and rotationally connected to the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam respectively; a first motor used for driving the multiple rotary shading plates to swing at the same time is further arranged on the upper cross beam, multiple sets of power generation lighting mechanisms are further arranged between the upper cross beam and the lower cross beam at intervals, and the power generation lighting mechanisms are used for converting solar energy into electric energy and projecting vehicle lamp light rays on one side of a lane to the other side of the lane.
