The anti-hole-collapse foundation reinforcement structure for building engineering construction comprises an anti-seepage wall arranged in the circumferential direction of a reinforcing foundation region, wherein the upper layer inside the anti-seepage wall is a backfill layer, the lower layer inside the anti-seepage wall is a reinforcing soil layer, a plurality of concrete pile bodies are vertically arranged in the reinforcing soil layer, a mesh concrete structure is arranged between the concrete pile bodies, and pine wood piles are vertically arranged between the concrete pile bodies. The reinforcing method of the anti-hole-collapse foundation reinforcement structure for building engineering construction comprises the steps that the anti-seepage wall is arranged in the circumferential direction of the foundation, and the soil layer isexcavated in the region inside the anti-seepage wall; the concrete pile bodies and the mesh concrete structure are constructed in the excavated region through a high-pressure grouting machine; the pine wood piles are driven into the excavated region for reinforcing; and filler is applied to the reinforcing soil layer for backfilling.
