The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a full-length sleeve plastic pipe is sleeved on a main rib above a pile foundation design elevation line; S2, a cast-in-place pile reinforcement cage is placed into a pile hole, and a lifting ring is inserted in a proper position of the pile top to be used for later lifting the pile head; S3, a foundation pit is excavated, the positioning line is drawn along the pile foundation design elevation, and the drilling equipment is used for drilling a horizontal drilling hole along the positioning line; S4, after drilling is completed, hole cleaning is carried out by adopting high-pressure wind or water; S5, an expanding agent and water are mixed according to a proportion, the mixture is rapidly loaded into the drilling hole, the hole is sealed through a rubber plug to prevent the expanding agent from being sprayed out of the drilling hole; S6, a chemical reaction of the expanding agent is awaited to generate an expansion pressure to break the pile; and S7, after the chemical reaction of the expandingagent is completed, a steel wire rope penetrates through the pile top lifting ring, and the pile head is lifted by using a crane to lift the pile head.
