The invention discloses a construction method for breaking a pile head of a cast-in-place pile with static expansion cracking. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a full-length sleeve plastic pipe is sleeved on a main rib above a pile foundation design elevation line; S2, a cast-in-place pile reinforcement cage is placed into a pile hole, and a lifting ring is inserted in a proper position of the pile top to be used for later lifting the pile head; S3, a foundation pit is excavated, the positioning line is drawn along the pile foundation design elevation, and the drilling equipment is used for drilling a horizontal drilling hole along the positioning line; S4, after drilling is completed, hole cleaning is carried out by adopting high-pressure wind or water; S5, an expanding agent and water are mixed according to a proportion, the mixture is rapidly loaded into the drilling hole, the hole is sealed through a rubber plug to prevent the expanding agent from being sprayed out of the drilling hole; S6, a chemical reaction of the expanding agent is awaited to generate an expansion pressure to break the pile; and S7, after the chemical reaction of the expandingagent is completed, a steel wire rope penetrates through the pile top lifting ring, and the pile head is lifted by using a crane to lift the pile head. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the pile breaking work of the construction method is low in noise, and the influence on the surrounding environment is small.
