A main construction technology comprises the steps of perforating the insulation board, pasting the insulation board on a waterproof protective layer of a basement exterior wall through the glue ash and filling the glue ash into the conical through holes. According to the method, adhesion is performed after perforating, in addition, the new adhesive is adopted, the procedure of installing anchoring parts is omitted, the construction procedure is simple, theconstruction method is easy to implement, the probability that the insulation boards are not pasted firmly and are disengaged can be effectively reduced, the construction cost is reduced, on the premise that the quality is ensured, the skill requirement for operation workers is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
