The invention discloses a preparation method of a nano-antibacterial wallboard and a nano-antibacterial wallboard. The preparation method includes the following steps that (1) adhesive glue and antibacterial coating are separately prepared, the adhesive glue is applied to one side of facing paper, the antibacterial coating is applied to the other side of the facing paper, and the facing paper is dried; and (2) sheet molding compound is laid into a mold, then the dried facing paper is laid on the sheet molding compound in the mold, and then integrated compression molding forming is performed; and after compression molding, a wallboard is obtained, wherein facing paper is attached to the surface of a base plate of the wallboard. The antibacterial coating, the adhesive glue and the sheet molding compound are prepared from raw materials with the following ingredients: unsaturated polyester resin, a curing agent, filler and a cross-linking agent, and the antibacterial coating further includes nano oxides. The combination between the facing paper and the base plate of the wallboard prepared by the preparation method of the nano-antibacterial wallboard is stronger and more reliable, and the wallboard can be antibacterial and antiseptic.
本发明公开了一种纳米抗菌墙板的制备方法及纳米抗菌墙板，制备方法包括以下步骤：1)分别配制粘合胶水和抗菌涂料，将所述粘合胶水涂覆至饰面纸的一侧，将所述抗菌涂料涂覆至所述饰面纸的另一侧，对所述饰面纸进行干燥；2)将片状模塑料铺设至模具内，再将经干燥后的饰面纸铺设在模具内的片状模塑料上，之后一体模压成型；模压后得到基板表面附着有饰面纸的墙板，所述抗菌涂料、粘合胶水与片状模塑料均包括如下成分的原料：不饱和聚酯树脂、固化剂、填料和交联剂，所述抗菌涂料还包括纳米氧化物。本发明中纳米抗菌墙板的制备方法制备的墙板中饰面纸与基板之间的结合更加牢固可靠，且墙板能够抗菌防腐。
