The invention discloses a planar movement garage lifting frame which comprises a supporting frame, a lifting base, a connecting frame, a transmission base, limiting mechanisms, a horizontal moving vehicle base and a slow connection base. A first hydraulic cylinder is installed on the bottom side in the supporting frame. A first connecting base is installed on the top of the telescopic end of the first hydraulic cylinder. A first gear is rotationally installed in the first connecting base. A second connecting base is installed on the top side in the supporting frame. A second gear is rotationally installed in the second connecting base. The connecting frame is installed at the bottom of the supporting frame. The limiting mechanisms are installed on the two sides of the connecting frame at equal intervals. The lifting base is slidingly installed on one side of the connecting frame. By means of the planar movement garage lifting frame, a vehicle can be rapidly and conveniently parked at adesignated position, the horizontal moving vehicle base can be conveniently moved through the connection mode of an electromagnet, the height of the horizontal moving vehicle base is ensured, the height of the horizontal moving vehicle base is precisely positioned, and the safety and precision of parking are ensured.
