The invention discloses an erecting device for mounting a cement electric power pole. The erecting device comprises a bottom supporting base plate. The erecting device is relatively simple in structure and low in cost and relatively high in working stability and safety performance, so that the cement electric power pole can rotate in a pulling manner according to a preset direction. Matched with gravity, the cement electric power pole can be mounted in a hole in the ground conveniently, so that the time needed to mount is saved greatly. Furthermore, the device is provided with a curved bar rotary line rope driven rotary traction mechanism which can roll a line rope continuously, so that the electric power pole can be rotated. In addition, the device is provided with a thread structure adjustable rotary pole body clamping and limiting mechanism which can clamp two sides of a pole body under the action of a thread structure. After the electric power pole is clamped, normal rotating action of the electric power pole is not affected. In addition, the device is provided with a reverse thread structure rotary distance adjusting mechanism, so that a height adjusting role can be played under the action of a reverse thread.
