The invention relates to a concrete civil air defence door which comprises an outer door frame pre-buried in a wall and a door body assembly rotatably connected to the inner side of the outer door frame. The door body assembly comprises an outer door plate, a mounting rack arranged on the inner side face of the outer door plate and an inner door plate detachably connected to the mounting rack; a hinge seat arranged on one side of the outer door frame is connected to the mounting rack through a hinge shaft; the mounting rack comprises a bottom beam fixed to the bottom edge of the outer door plate, side beams fixed to the two side edges of the outer door plate and a top beam connected to the top edge of the outer door plate. The bottom beam, the side beams and the top beams form the mountingrack of a rectangular frame structure. The inner door plate comprises a plurality of concrete plates which are embedded into the mounting rack from top to bottom, and weight-reducing holes penetrating upper and lower end surfaces are formed in the concrete plate bodies. By splitting the concrete civil air defence door into a plurality of modules which are processed segmentally and transported toa mounting site to be assembled, the transportation difficulty and the mounting difficulty are reduced.
