The invention discloses an irrigation power system driven by solar steam. The system involves a heat insulation layer arranged in the ground, wherein a steam generating device is arranged on the heatinsulation layer; the steam generating device comprises a ceramic plate arranged above the heat insulation layer, and a supporting plate is fixedly arranged between each of the left and right sides ofthe lower end face of the ceramic plate and the upper end face of the heat insulation layer; and a steam cavity is arranged in the heat insulation layer, a steam driving device is arranged on the right side of the steam cavity, and an automatic water replenishing device is arranged on the right side of the steam driving device. According to the system, the heat energy from solar illumination is utilized to provide power for the irrigation system, the irrigation water quantity can be automatically adjusted according to weather conditions, when the weather is hot and the irrigation water consumption is large, the ceramic plate absorbs more heat, and the water steam supply speed is fast, so that the rotating speed of an impeller is driven to be increased, and the water supply quantity is increased, and when the weather is not hot, the water consumption demand is low, then the water supply quantity is low, and water replenishing treatment can be automatically started and stopped accordingto the change of the water level in an impounding reservoir.
