A top plate is included, and a water tank is arranged at the bottom of the top plate; a sliding frame is arrangedon one side of the water tank; connecting blocks are arranged on the side walls of the two ends of the sliding frame, a sliding rod is arranged in the bottom end of the sliding frame, connecting holesare formed in the positions, corresponding to the sliding rod, of the bottom of the sliding frame, first water inlet grooves are formed in the two sides of the sliding rod, and second water inlet grooves are formed between the multiple first water inlet grooves at intervals. According to the invention, the connecting hole is opened through ascending of the sliding rod, so liquid can rise from bottom, and a cleaner on the bottom is started; and sealing rubber is arranged on the side wall of the sliding frame, the other side of the water tank is kept dry through mutual attachment of the sealingrubber and the check block, and the movable storage rack has the advantages of being convenient to store, thorough in cleaning, capable of being operated in a separable mode and increasing the operation space.
