The first partition plate divides the first collecting device into a left area and a right area. The first gas guide pipe and the second gas guide pipe communicate with the left area and the right area of thefirst collecting device correspondingly. The first end cover and the second end cover communicate with the lower portion of the left area and the lower portion of the right area of the first collecting device correspondingly. High-temperature gas is guided into the collecting device to decarburize coal gangue in the collecting device, the high-temperature gas is guided into the decarburizing cylinder body through sieve holes to be accelerated by a spiral blade and meanwhile generate turbulent flow, meanwhile the high-temperature gas is blocked by sectional to-be-decarburized coal gangue in the decarburizing cylinder body to be continuously accelerated and decelerated and generate turbulent flow, and the decarburizing efficiency is improved.
