High-temperature gas is guided into the collecting device to decarburize coal gangue in the collecting device, the high-temperature gas is guided into the decarburizing cylinder body through sieve holes to be accelerated by a spiral blade and meanwhile generate turbulent flow, meanwhile the high-temperature gas is blocked by sectional to-be-decarburized coal gangue in the decarburizing cylinder body to be continuously accelerated and decelerated and generate turbulent flow, and the decarburizing efficiency is improved.
