The alligator-imitated waste crushing and refloating device comprises a housing, wherein the housing is internally hollow to form a cavity; three mounting holes are formed in the housing, and propellers are arranged in the mounting holes; a storage basket is arranged in the cavity; a water introducing hole is formed in the storage basket; the storage basket is connected to the housing through a magnet; the opening end of the storage basket is provided with an edge; the middle part of the storage basket is provided with a partition plate for dividing the inner part of the storage basket into an upper cavity and a lower cavity; a hollow cavity and a through hole are formed in the partition plate, a first telescopic pole is arranged in the hollow cavity; a baffle plate is arranged on the first telescopic pole; the upper cavity above the through hole is provided with a pressure plate; the pressure plate isfixedly arranged on the inner wall of the storage basket through a second telescopic pole; the lower cavity of the storage basket is provided with a pushing plate; the pushing plate is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the storage basket through a third telescopic pole; a rotary door and a crusher are further arranged on the partition plate; the housing is further provided with a cover plate;the cover plate and the outer surface of the housing define a placing cavity; a controller and a power storage bin are arranged in the placing cavity; and the cover plate and the lower part of the housing are separately provided with an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate.
