The invention discloses a formula and a preparation process of a wear-resistant composite ceramic, wherein the composite ceramic comprises the following components in parts by mass: 15-20 parts of aluminum oxide, 10-20 parts of mullite, 10-20 parts of calcined talc, 10-13 parts of magnesium oxide, 5-10 parts of zirconium oxide, 50-70 parts of kaolin, 15-30 parts of quartz, 1-2 parts of silicon nitride, 2-4 parts of silicon carbide, 15-20 parts of limestone and 2-3 parts of hydroxymethyl cellulose. According to the invention, the particle size is effectively reduced through the optimized formula and the grinding and screening of the raw materials; a layer of a glaze is compounded outside a ceramic blank, so that the hardness of the product is effectively improved, the wear resistance is enhanced, and the overall hardness of the ceramic product is improved; and the firing efficiency is improved through heating and pressurizing firing.
