The invention relates to an unshaped refractory lining material with automatic flowing performance and a lining manufacturing method. The unshaped refractory lining material comnprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 to 5 parts of silicon dioxide powder, 40 to 50 parts of perlite particles, 20 to 30 parts of alumina powder, 10 to 20 parts of fly ash, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and 15 to 25 parts of pure aluminate cement. The manufacturing method of the unshaped refractory lining comprises the following steps: adding water, carrying out uniform mixing under stirring, conducting drying at a temperature of 60-70 DEG C, carrying out preheating to 600 DEG C in a vacuum environment, maintaining the temperature for 20-30 minutes, the conducting heatingat a high temperature of 1200-1300 DEG C for 5-6 hours, and finally carrying out cooling to room temperature. Through automatic flowing of the material, the unshaped refractory lining material is flatly laid on the inner surface of equipment; and through the manufacturing method, the hardness and wear resistance of a lining are improved.
本发明涉及一种具有自动流淌性能的不定性耐火内衬材料及内衬制作方法。不定性耐火内衬材料由以下重量分数的原料组成:二氧化硅粉体1~5份,珍珠岩颗粒40~50份,矾土粉体20~30份,粉煤灰10~20份,聚羧酸减水剂0.1~0.5份,纯铝酸盐水泥15~25份。不定性耐火内衬采用如下制作方法,加水搅拌均匀,用60~70℃的温度烘干,然后在真空环境下,预热到600℃,维持20~30min,再用1200~1300℃的高温加热5~6h,最后降至室温。在物料的自动流淌下,不定性耐火内衬材料平铺于设备内表面;通过制作工艺,提高内衬硬度和耐磨性。
