The invention provides a high-uniformity nano-microporous heat insulation baffle and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: A), adding nano silicon dioxideinto a modifier solution, and drying after modification, to obtain modified nano silicon dioxide, wherein the modifier is polyacrylamide and/or sodium polyacrylate, and the mass concentration of themodifier solution is 0.05%-0.5%; B) stirring and mixing 80-90 parts by weight of the modified nano silicon dioxide, 8-15 parts by weight of an infrared opacifying agent and 2-5 parts by weight of inorganic fibers to obtain a mixed material; and C) carrying out compression molding on the mixed material, and calcining to obtain the high-uniformity nano-microporous heat insulation baffle. The nano silicon dioxide powder is modified in advance, so that the dispersity of the nano silicon dioxide powder is improved, the pore size distribution in the pressed nano-microporous heat insulation baffle ismore uniform, and convective heat transfer can be effectively reduced.
