The invention provides light high-strength ceramsite and a preparation method thereof. The ceramsite is round, a diameter is 3-20 mm, the compressive strength is 1.5-2 mpa, the volume weight is 350+/-30 kg/m <3>, and lambda is smaller than 0.10 w/m.k. More than 95% of ceramsite production raw materials provided by the invention are produced from a variety of inorganic solid wastes through an optimized formula and a novel environment-friendly process. According to the present invention, with an additive, the ceramsite can be subjected to foaming puffing during the high temperature firing process, the supporting force of a mesh-shaped skeleton inside the ceramsite can be effectively improved, and the obtained ceramsite has the pressure resistance exceeding the same volume-weight grade of thecommon ceramsite, and further has effects of energy saving and sound insulation.
本发明提供了一种轻质高强陶粒及其制备方法。本发明所述的陶粒为圆形,直径3‑20mm,抗压1.5‑2mpa,容重350±30kg/m,λ<0.10w/m·k。本发明提供的陶粒生产原材料95%以上由多种无机固体废料经优化配方,以新型环保工艺生产而成。无废气、废水、废渣排放,本发明提供的添加剂能确保陶粒在高温烧制过程中发泡膨化,有效提升陶粒内部网状骨架的支撑力,所得陶粒具有超出普通陶粒同容重等级的耐压能力及节能、隔音效果。
