The invention provides a fair-faced concrete protective agent and a preparation method thereof. The fair-faced concrete protective agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 450 to 500 parts of a fluorocarbon resin emulsion, 20 to 25 parts of a silane modifier, 30 to 45 parts of a photocatalyst, 25 to 30 parts of an extinction powder, 20 to 30 parts of a thickening agent, 1 to 2parts of a defoaming agent, 2 to 3 parts of a wetting agent, 10 to 15 parts of a dispersing agent, 60 to 80 parts of a cosolvent, 20 to 30 parts of a coalescing agent and a proper amount of water. After using of the fair-faced concrete protective agent, the corrosion resistance, the impermeability, the waterproofness, the weather resistance and the self-cleaning capacity of fair-faced concrete areremarkably improved.
