The invention relates to a quick-hardening early-strength type polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The polymer comprises a monomer A, a monomer B, a monomer C, a monomer D, a monomer E and a monomer F,and the molar ratio is 1:(4.0-5.0):(0.01-0.2):(0.05-0.1):(0.01-0.05):(0.02-0.04), an initiator, a chain transfer agent and a low-temperature excitant are added into an aqueous solution, and a free radical copolymerization reaction is carried out to synthesize a polymer with the molecular weight of 100000-120000. The quick-hardening early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer provided by the invention is high in water reducing rate, can promote early hydration reaction of cement, shortens concrete setting time, greatly improves early strength of concrete, and meets the production requirements of precast concrete components on high early strength.
