The pier comprises a bent cap, pier columns and a bearing platform, wherein two pier columns are arranged between the bent cap and the bearing platform in parallel, at least one replaceable energy dissipation corrugated steel coupling beam is transversely arranged between the two pier columns at intervals, each replaceable energy dissipation corrugated steel coupling beam comprises a replaceable corrugated energy dissipation sectionand a reinforced connecting section, each corrugated energy dissipation section comprises an upper flange, a lower flange and an energy dissipation corrugated steel web, the upper flange, the lower flange and the energy dissipation corrugated steel web are fixedly connected, and the replaceable energy dissipation corrugated steel coupling beams are connected with the pier columns through joints; and prestressed pipelines are reserved in the bent cap, the pier columns and the bearing platform, and the bent cap, the pier columns and the bearing platform are connected through post-tensioned prestressed steel bars penetrating through the prestressed pipelines.
