The invention relates to a construction method of a jet grouting pile and sunken large-diameter cylinder combined cofferdam. A basic composition unit of the combined cofferdam comprises a large-diameter cylinder and an intra-cylinder water stop structure, the construction method is characterized in that a jet grouting pile is arranged below the large-diameter cylinder, and the construction methodcomprises the following steps that a reinforced concrete large-diameter cylinder is prefabricated, integrally delivered and subjected to floating transfer to a construction site, and sinks to a specified depth; and a jet grouting pile construction platform is installed on the top face of the large-diameter cylinder, a jet grouting pile machine and a grouting pump machine are installed, and the jetgrouting pile is constructed, so that the large-diameter cylinder and the jet grouting pile form a whole. The method has the advantages of being good in bearing capacity and convenient to construct.
