Extensible grouting type anchoring foundation and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an extensible grouting type anchoring foundation and a construction method thereof. The extensible grouting type anchoring foundation comprises a grouting body, an upper steelframe and a lower steel frame, wherein the upper steel frame comprises a plurality of first steel bars, a plurality of steel tubes, a first fixing ring, an annular end, a circular ring tube and a connecting tube. The circular ring tube and a plurality of steel tubes form an internally communicated grouting channel, one side of each of a plurality of steel tubes is provided with a plurality of grouting holes which are sequentially distributed from top to bottom, and the lower steel frame comprises a plurality of second steel bars, a second fixing ring and an anchor head; after the upper steel frame and the lower steel frame are assembled in a matched mode, back stretching and opposite contracting movement can be conducted, and the grouting body wraps the upper steel frame and the lower steel frame in case of the maximum distance in the back direction. When the foundation penetrates into a seabed, the upper steel frame and the lower steel frame shrink mutually and friction with seabed soil is small; the upper steel frame and the lower steel frame stretch to the maximum distance during grouting, the pile is long, the grout wrapping steel frame is equivalent to a cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure and the integrity is high.
本发明公开了一种可伸长的注浆式锚泊基础及其施工方法,包括有注浆体、上部钢架和下部钢架,上部钢架包括有多根第一钢条、多根钢管、第一固定环、环形端头、圆环管、连接管,圆环管与多根钢管形成内部互通的注浆通道,多根钢管的一侧均设有呈自上而下依次分布的多个注浆孔,下部钢架包括有多根第二钢条、第二固定环和锚头;上部钢架与下部钢架相互配合组装后,可进行背向拉伸与相向收缩运动,注浆体包裹在背向拉伸至最大距离时的上部钢架与下部钢架的外部。本发明贯入海床时上部钢架与下部钢架相互收缩,与海床土体摩擦小;注浆时上部钢架与下部钢架拉伸至最大距离,桩长大,浆液包裹钢架相当于现浇钢筋混凝土结构,整体性强。
