The invention relates to a road retaining wall protective slope. The road retaining wall protective slope comprises a load-bearing foundation arranged on the ground, a plurality of pile foundations, component layers, pouring cavities, concrete and a plurality of embedded beams, wherein the lower ends of the pile foundations are inserted into the ground, and the upper ends of the pile foundations penetrate out from the load-bearing foundation; each component layer is formed by sequentially connecting prearranged components, and the component layers are arranged on the load-bearing foundation from bottom to top in sequence; each prearranged component is internally provided with one pouring cavity; the concrete is arranged in the pouring cavities; and the embedded beams are perpendicularly arranged in a retaining wall at intervals; the two ends of each pouring cavity communicate with the top surface and the bottom surface of the corresponding prearranged component; the embedded beams penetrate through the prearranged components from top to bottom in sequence; and the upper ends of the pile foundations extend into the pouring cavities adjacent to the pile foundations. The road retaining wall protective slope is used for protection on the two sides of a road and has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in construction difficulty, low in manufacturing cost and the like.
