The invention provides a frozen soil area anti-melting test method and system. The method comprises the following steps of selecting a section, wherein an experimental road section is selected from ato-be-constructed road section, and remaining sections of the to-be-constructed road section are marked as working road sections; modeling, wherein temperature and sinking data of the experimental road section are obtained, and a temperature and sinking data model is established; obtaining, wherein actual environment temperature of the working road sections is obtained; and determining, wherein the sinking phenomenon of the working road sections and a heat preservation construction scheme of the to-be-constructed road section are determined according to the actual environment temperature of the working road sections and the temperature and sinking data model. By means of the frozen soil area anti-melting test method and system, melting and sinking analysis of the frozen soil area to-be-constructed road section is realized, the heat preservation construction scheme of the to-be-constructed road section is conveniently determined, it is ensured that the determined heat preservation construction scheme can be accurately adapted to the actual condition of the to-be-constructed road section, a test data foundation is provided for building construction of a frozen soil area, building construction is assisted, and the construction quality is improved.
