The invention discloses a foamed polyurethane composite ceramic tile waterproof basin and a manufacturing method thereof. The waterproof basin comprises a basin bottom and a basin edge surrounding theperiphery of the basin bottom. The basin bottom comprises ceramic tiles, and the basin edge comprises a profile surrounding the periphery of the ceramic tiles; an open slot is arranged in the lower end of the profile; first polyurethane fiber layers which are connected together and can be filled in a foaming mode are filled in the open slot and the bottom of the ceramic tiles. The basin bottom further comprises a cellular board layer connected with the first polyurethane fiber layers, and the cellular board layer comprises a cellular board and a second polyurethane fiber layer which is coatedon the surface of the cellular board and can be filled and foamed in the cellular board. The lower part of the ceramic tiles of the waterproof basin is foamed and filled with the polyurethane fiber layer, the cellular board is installed for reinforcement, the cellular board is foamed and filled with the first polyurethane fiber layer and the second polyurethane fiber layer, materials are saved and the weight of the waterproof basin is reduced; meanwhile, the stability of the formed bottom basin is improved and the waterproof basin is light in structure and convenient to install.
本发明公开了一种发泡聚氨酯复合瓷砖防水盆及其制作方法，防水盆包含盆底以及围绕盆底四周的盆边，盆底包括有瓷砖，盆边包括有围绕在瓷砖四周的型材，型材的下端设有开口槽，开口槽内和瓷砖的底部填充有连在一起并能发泡填充的第一聚氨酯纤维层，盆底还包括有与第一聚氨酯纤维层连接的蜂窝板层，蜂窝板层包括有蜂窝板和涂覆在蜂窝板表面并能向蜂窝板内填充发泡的第二聚氨酯纤维层。本发明的防水盆的瓷砖的下方通过聚氨酯纤维层发泡填充，安装有蜂窝板进行加固，并通过第一聚氨酯纤维层和第二聚氨酯纤维层向蜂窝板内发泡填充，在节省材料的同时降低了防水盆的重量，同时增加了底盆成型后的稳定性，使得防水盆的结构轻巧，安装方便。
