The invention relates to the field of construction and building materials, and specifically discloses an anti-seismic and sound-isolation wallboard for a building. The anti-seismic and sound-isolationwallboard for the building comprises two wall body layers which are oppositely arranged, and an anti-seismic unit, wherein the anti-seismic unit comprises a bonding layer, a plurality of springs andan anti-seismic layer arranged between the two wall body layers, the bonding layer is arranged between the wall body layers and the anti-seismic layer, one side of the bonding layer is fixedly connected with the wall body layers, and the other side of the bonding layer is fixedly connected with the anti-seismic layer; and the springs are horizontally arranged, one end of each spring is fixedly connected with one side close to the bonding layer, of the corresponding wall body layer, and the other end of each spring is fixedly connected with one side close to the corresponding wall body layer, of the bonding layer. According to the scheme, the anti-seismic performance and the sound-isolation performance of the wallboard for the building are improved.
