The invention provides a decorative insulation board fixing device and method. The decorative insulation board fixing device comprises a wall connection rod, a leveling plate and a locking structure.The wall connection rod is provided with an anchoring end and an overhanging end which are opposite. A penetrating hole is formed in the leveling plate and can be movably arranged at the overhanging end in a sleeving mode in the axial direction of the wall connection rod. The first side, away from the anchoring end, of the leveling plate is provided with a plurality of inserting rods for being inserted in a decorative insulation board. A limiting flange arranged along the edge of the penetrating hole by one circle is formed on the first side of the leveling plate. A holding blind hole is formed in the inner side of the decorative insulation board, and the limiting flange is embedded in the holding blind hole. The locking structure is used for locking the leveling plate and is installed atthe overhanging end. Through the decorative insulation board fixing device and method, the problem that when a decorative insulation board is installed through a traditional mortar sticking and anchoring combination mode, construction efficiency is low is solved.
