The invention provides an intelligent climbing frame system for a construction site. The intelligent climbing frame system comprises a climbing frame upper crossbeam, a first column, a second column,a climbing frame lower crossbeam, a foot seat, a climbing mobile platform, a protective fence, a handrail, a fixing bolt and a limit switch. According to the intelligent climbing frame system, arrangement of position switches, rope lifting frames, connecting rods, movable casing pipes, movable nuts, lifting screws and lifting decelerating motors is advantageous to intelligent lifting climbing work, the lifting screws are driven to rotate by the lifting decelerating motors on the left and right sides, and at the moment, the movable nuts move up, and work on outer walls of the first column and the second column by moving up through the movable casing pipes; at the moment, the connecting rods drive the rope lifting frames to move, and a construction personnel can stand on the top of the climbing mobile platform to carry out intelligent climbing work; and through the position switches, the intelligent climbing frame system can play a role of limit protection when descending, and the automatic intelligent climbing and lifting function is achieved.
本发明提供建筑工地用智能爬架系统,包括爬架上横梁,第一立柱,第二立柱,爬架下横梁,脚座,攀爬移动台,防护栏,扶杆,固定螺栓和限位开关。本发明位置开关,提绳架,连接杆,活动套管,移动螺母,提升螺杆和提升减速电机的设置,有利于进行智能提升攀爬工作,通过左右两侧的提升减速电机带动提升螺杆旋转,此时移动螺母上移,并通过活动套管在第一立柱和第二立柱的外壁上移移动工作,此时连接杆带动提绳架进行移动,建筑人员可以站在攀爬移动台上部,可进行智能攀爬工作,通过位置开关可在下降时起到限位防护作用,实现自动智能攀爬提升功能。
