Abstract

The invention provides an assembled welding platform suitable for a steel plate shear wall structure and an installation method of the assembled welding platform. Convenient steel plate shear wall operation platform provided by the invention uses a channel steel tripod as a main body, and a vertical member, a horizontal member and an inclined support member are hinged. The invention can solve theproblems of long erection period and low efficiency of a steel tube cantilever welding platform in the traditional method. The invention solves the problems of quality and safety performance of hanging basket type welding platforms which adopt steel bars to be processed and welded into various shapes on site and solves the problem of resource waste caused by large volume, low safety factor and incapability of repeated use of steel bar hanging baskets; and the structure has convenient installation and disassembly and can be recycled.

本发明提供了一种适用于钢板剪力墙结构的装配式焊接平台及其安装方法，本发明的便捷式钢板剪力墙操作平台使用槽钢三角架为主体，所述竖向构件、水平构件和斜向支撑构件之间铰接，本发明可以解决传统做法时，钢管式悬挑焊接平台搭设周期长，效率低的问题；解决采用钢筋现场加工焊接成各种造型吊筐式焊接平台的质量及安全性能；解决钢筋吊筐体积大、安全系数低、无法重复使用导致的资源浪费问题；本发明安装拆卸方便，可循环使用。
