The invention discloses a building structure with an extensible function. The building structure comprises a building main body (20) which is internally provided with an elevator shaft (21), and the elevator shaft (21) is internally provided with a carrying elevator (22); the both sides of the elevator shaft (21) are further provided with multifunctional balconies (23) communicating with the elevator shaft (21) through landing doors (24); a car of the carrying elevator (22) is provided with a car front door, a car left side door and a car right side door separately; and a multifunctional cabin(1) is detachably connected with an automatic carrying system (35) which can be operated automatically. According to the building structure provided by the invention, multiple using requirements of owners for a building can be met, and the building functionality is improved.
