The device comprises a base, wherein a sliding rail is transversely arranged at the top end of the base, sliding blocks matching with the sliding rail are arranged at the two ends of the top end of the sliding rail, a hose is arranged at the middle position of the top end of the sliding rail, a first metal pipe is arranged at one side ofthe hose, sound absorption cotton is uniformly arranged on the inner side wall of the first metal pipe, a vacuum layer is arranged in the first metal pipe at one side of the sound absorption cotton,one side, away from the first metal pipe, of the hose is provided with a second metal pipe, one side, away from the hose, of the second metal pipe is provided with a soft air pipe, and one end, away from the second metal pipe, in the soft air pipe is provided with a filter screen. According to the invention, a suction cup and a metal nail are installed, and due to the pressure difference formed inside and outside the suction cup, the suction cup can fix and adsorb the device under the action of external atmospheric pressure, and the suction cup is nailed into the ground deeply by the metal nail below a mounting frame, so that the soft air pipe is convenient to fix, and the phenomenon of displacement of the soft air pipe is prevented.
