The invention relates to a civil aircraft cabin door handle clutch device. The device comprises a handle box fixedly connected with a cabin door structure, wherein a flange bush is installed on the handle box, an inner handle shaft is matched with the flange bush, the tail end of the inner handle shaft is fixedly connected with a cover plate, a groove and an outer baffle are designed on a sleeve,a boss and an inner baffle are designed on a spline rod, the groove can mesh with the boss, the spline rod is installed in the sleeve, the spline rod is fixedly connected with the cover plate throughthe bottom face of the spline rod and matched with a key groove in the inner handle shaft through a spline, a sliding bush is installed on the inner side of the inner handle shaft and matched with thesleeve, the sleeve is fixedly connected with an outer handle, a compression spring is arranged in an inner hole of the spline rod, one end of the compression spring makes contact with the bottom faceof the spline rod, and the other end of the compression spring makes contact with the outer handle. When an inner handle is operated, the device can ensure that the outer handle is in a static state,when the outer handle is operated, the device can achieve automatic ejection of the outer handle, meanwhile, the outer handle can drive the inner handle shaft to achieve bidirectional movement of door opening and door closing, and the device has the advantages of being compact in structural form, small in occupied space, good in operability and high in universality.
本发明涉及一种民机舱门手柄离合装置,具有与舱门结构固定连接的手柄盒,手柄盒上安装有凸缘衬套,内手柄轴与凸缘衬套配合。内手柄轴的末端固定连接有盖板。套筒上设计有凹槽以及外挡板,花键杆上设计有凸台与内挡板,凹槽与凸台可以啮合,花键杆装入套筒内部,花键杆通过底面与盖板固定连接,花键杆通过花键与内手柄轴上的键槽配合,内手柄轴内侧安装有滑动衬套,滑动衬套与套筒配合,套筒与外手柄固定连接,压缩弹簧布置于花键杆的内孔内,一端与底面接触,一端与外手柄接触。操纵内手柄时,该装置可以保证外手柄处于静止状态;操作外手柄时,该装置可以实现外手柄的自动弹出,同时外手柄可以驱动内手柄轴实现开门和关门双向运动,本发明具有结构形式紧凑,占用空间小,操作性好,通用性强的优点。
