The system comprises navigation equipment, a vehicle body controller connected with the navigation equipment and a vehicle door lock mechanism, wherein the navigation equipment comprises a distance detection device and a vehicle speed detection device; and a distance judgment device of the navigation equipment is used for judging whether the distance between the current position of a vehicle and a navigation destination is smaller than a preset distance or not. The vehicle speed detection device of the navigation equipment is used for judging whether the current speed of the vehicle does not exceed a preset speed or not if the distance is smallerthan the preset distance. If the current speed of the vehicle does not exceed the preset speed, the navigation equipment sends an unlocking instruction to the vehicle body controller; and the vehiclebody controller is used for controlling the vehicle door lock mechanism to carry out unlocking according to the unlocking instruction.
