The invention relates to a window frame waterproof structure and a construction method thereof. The window frame waterproof structure includes a window sill beam, an auxiliary frame, and a window frame, wherein the auxiliary frame is in an L shape and includes a horizontal frame and a vertical frame, the horizontal frame and the window sill beam are fixedly connected, and the vertical frame is arranged on the side, close to the outdoor, of a window opening; the window frame is fixed to the auxiliary frame and fits to the side, close to the indoor, of the vertical frame; and a first waterprooflayer is filled between the contact position of the auxiliary frame and the window frame, and a second waterproof layer is filled between the window frame and an outer wall. The problem of water leakage of the window frame is effectively solved by adding the auxiliary frame and additionally adding the first waterproof layer and the second waterproof layer outside the auxiliary frame for isolation.
