The invention discloses external fire fighting equipment for intelligent fire rescue. The external fire fighting equipment comprises a fire fighting vehicle body, wherein a rotating device is rotationally connected to the fire fighting vehicle body; a retractable scaling ladder is arranged on the rotating device; a manned frame is arranged at the end, which is away from the rotating device, of theretractable scaling ladder; a life detector, a rescue alarm system and a smoke removal system are arranged on the outer side of the manned frame; the life detector is electrically connected with therescue alarm system; the life detector is used for monitoring vital sign conditions in the horizontal direction; and a pair of airbag slides is arranged at the position, close to the retractable scaling ladder, of the manned frame. According to the external fire fighting equipment for intelligent fire rescue, the scaling ladder of the fire fighting vehicle is erected on the outer side of a residential building, life information is monitored from floors one by one, and after a vital sign is detected, a fireman directly enters the affected floor to assist personnel in escaping, so that rescue isquicker and more accurate, the physical power of the fireman is not wasted on climbing upstairs, and more physical power is saved for rescue.
