The invention relates to a color steel tile photovoltaic integrated structure which comprises corrugated color steel tiles and a photovoltaic film plate, the corrugated color steel tiles are rectangular, two sides of each of the corrugated color steel tiles in the long side direction are wavy curved surfaces, and the middle of the corrugated color steel tile is a plane. The structure has the advantages that a color steel tile and photovoltaic integrated structural form is adopted, the original structural performance of a roof is kept, the problem that water leakage often occurs in a built BIPVis solved, a system is simple in structure and convenient to install, and the photovoltaic construction period is shortened; through connection structures that corrugated curved surface structures ofthe corrugated color steel tiles are overlapped with one another, adjacent corrugated color steel tiles can be conveniently positioned and connected and are fixed to highest positions of wavy curvedsurfaces of the corrugated color steel tiles through self-drilling screws, and pressing force brought by elastic deformation of the wavy curved surfaces of the corrugated color steel tiles is utilized, so that better fixing and locking are achieved; the rectangular short edges of the adjacent corrugated color steel tiles are connected in a covering mode, and the corrugated color steel tiles on anupper portion cover the corrugated color steel tiles on a lower portion.
本发明涉及一种彩钢瓦光伏一体化结构,包括:瓦楞型彩钢瓦和光伏薄膜板,瓦楞型彩钢瓦呈长方形,长边方向两边呈波浪形曲面,中间为平面。本发明的有益效果是:采用彩钢瓦和光伏一体的结构形式,保持了屋顶原有的结构性能,解决已建BIPV常出现漏水的问题,且该系统结构简单,安装方便,缩短了光伏施工周期;通过瓦楞型彩钢瓦的波浪形曲面结构相互重叠的连接结构,方便进行相邻瓦楞型彩钢瓦的定位和连接,同时通过钻尾螺钉固定在瓦楞型彩钢瓦的波浪形曲面的最高处,利用瓦楞型彩钢瓦的波浪形曲面弹性形变所带来的压紧力,从而更好的固定和锁紧;相邻的瓦楞型彩钢瓦长方形的短边方向采用覆盖连接,上部的瓦楞型彩钢瓦覆盖在下部瓦楞型彩钢瓦上。
