The processing technology comprises the following steps of step one manufacturing a core veneer, taking a magnesiumsubstrate as a substrate, convexly arranging clamping grooves matched with a frame in a clamping manner on the periphery of the substrate, attaching a glass fiber cloth layer to a front surface of the substrate, bonding an elastic layer on the glass fiber cloth, taking a density plate matched with the substrate, then adhering a leather decoration layer on the density plate, sewing by using sewingthreads, milling a groove with the size of 5mm in the corresponding elastic layer according to the trend of the sewing threads by using CNC, and enabling the sewing threads on the density plate sideopposite to the elastic layer to be accommodated in the groove and bonded and fixed. The processing technology of the anti-deformation cabinet door disclosed by the invention can be used for producingthe anti-deformation cabinet door.
本发明公开了一种防变形柜门的加工工艺,包括以下步骤,步骤一,制作芯板,以镁基板为基板,基板的四周向外凸设有与边框卡接配合的卡槽,基板正面贴合有玻纤布层,玻纤布上粘接有弹性层,取一与基板适配的密度板,然后将皮革装饰层粘附在密度板上,并用车缝线缝制,在对应的弹性上利用CNC按车缝线的走向铣有5mm的凹槽,使相对弹性层的密度板侧的车缝线容置在凹槽内并粘接固定。该防变形柜门的加工工艺可生产防变形柜门。
