The invention discloses a suspension type bicycle conveying device arranged below an overbridge. The suspension type bicycle conveying device comprises a bicycle fixing mechanism, wherein the bicyclefixing mechanism is placed on the ground, the left end of the bicycle fixing mechanism is suspended in an ascending slide groove in the right wall of a supporting column; an ascending cavity is formedin the supporting column; an ascending mechanism is arranged in the ascending cavity; the upper end of the supporting column is connected with an overbridge bottom; a transition cavity is formed in the lower part of the overbridge bottom; a transition mechanism is arranged in the transition cavity; a conveying cavity is formed in the right part of the overbridge bottom; a conveying mechanism is arranged in the conveying cavity; the conveying mechanism is connected and in transmission with the transition mechanism by means of a second belt; and the other ends of a sliding roller way and the conveying mechanism, namely the other side of the road, are provided with the same mechanisms except the bicycle fixing mechanism. The suspension type bicycle conveying device has the advantages that the suspension type bicycle conveying device is arranged below the overbridge, does not occupy extra space, and can convey bicycles to the other side of the road independently while people can pass through the overbridge without causing conflicts.
