The invention provides a preparation method of yellow rust stone amethyst sand. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing 8-16-mesh transparent glass, 20-30-mesh transparent glass, 35-45-mesh transparent glass, 55-65-mesh river sand and 90-100-mesh river sand, adding water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a crystal sand mixture; (2) weighing iron oxide yellow, iron oxidered and iron oxide black, weighing titanium dioxide, polymer concentrated glue powder and 525 white cement, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed powder; (3) adding an iron oxide toner and the mixed powder into the crystal sand mixture, and stirring to obtain a mixed total material; (4) taking out the mixed total material, putting the mixed total material into an oven, heating to 75-95 DEG C, taking out the baked mixed total material, and naturally airing; and (5) crushing and sieving with a 8mm sieve until the total thickness is less than 8 mm, and screening out the powder with the particle size of 100 meshes or less to obtain the yellow rust stone amethyst sand. After the amethyst sand produced in the invention is used, an imitation stone can achieve a realistic effect close to that of natural stone, and has good surface adsorption capacity, wear resistance and water soaking resistance.
本发明提供了一种黄锈石紫石英砂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：（1）称取8‑16目的透明玻璃、20‑30目的透明玻璃、35‑45目的透明玻璃、55‑65目的河沙、90‑100目的河沙，加水后，搅拌均匀，得晶体砂混合料；（2）称取氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、氧化铁黑；称取钛白粉、高分子浓缩胶水粉、525白水泥，搅拌均匀，得混合粉料；（3）将氧化铁色粉、混合粉料加入至晶体砂混合料中，拌和，得混合总料；（4）将混合总料取出，放入烤箱，升温至75‑95℃，烘烤后取出，自然晾干；（5）压碎，过8mm筛网；直到全部小于8mm；筛除100目以下的粉末，得黄锈石紫石英砂。使用本发明所生产的紫石英砂后，仿石材能做到与天然石接近的逼真效果，面吸附能力好，耐磨、耐水泡性能好。
