The invention discloses a fireproof coating for a concrete structure. The fireproof coating comprises, by weight, 80-120 parts of an adhesive which can be selected from high-alumina cement and Portland cement, 20-30 parts of a heat insulation filler which is a mixture of xonotlite, vermiculite and wollastonite in any proportion, 5-10 parts of a water reducing agent, 3-5 parts of an air entrainingagent, 20-30 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 15-25 parts of ammonia water, 5-10 parts of sodium borate, 10-20 parts of zinc borate, 2-3 parts of polyvinyl alcohol fibers, 2-3 parts of hydrogenated castoroil, 2-5 parts of urea and 150-250 parts of a water solvent. The water reducing agent and the air entraining agent are added to disperse particles of the heat insulation filler and the adhesive in thefireproof coating, so the cohesiveness of the fireproof coating is improved, the adhesive force between the fireproof coating and a concrete structure is improved when the fireproof coating is attached to the concrete structure, the fireproof coating is prevented from falling off under the action of high temperature or open fire, and the fireproof performance of the concrete structure is greatlyimproved.
本发明公开了一种用于混凝土结构的防火涂料,包括以下重量组分物质:80~120份的粘接剂,粘接剂可选用高铝水泥和波兰特水泥,20~30份的隔热填料,隔热填料选用硬硅钙石、蛭石和钙硅石的任意比例混合物,5~10份的减水剂,3~5份的引气剂,20~30份的聚乙烯醇、15~25份的氨水、5~10份的硼酸钠、10~20份的硼酸锌、2~3份的聚乙烯醇纤维、2~3份的氢化蓖麻油、2~5份的尿素、150~250份的水溶剂。本发明通过加入减水剂和引气剂可以对防火涂料中的隔热填料以及粘接剂的颗粒进行分散,提高防火涂料的粘聚性,在于混凝土结构相贴合时,提高两者之间的粘合力,避免了防火涂料在高温或者明火的作用下脱落,大大的提升了混凝土结构的防火性能。
