Novel efficient sludge curing agent prepared from ardealite solid waste and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of sludge treatment and specifically relates to a novel efficient sludge curing agent prepared from ardealite solid waste and a preparation method thereof.The novel efficient sludge curing agent is prepared from the following components (by weight): 75 parts of modified ardealite, 1 part of attapulgite, 2 parts of zinc sulfate heptahydrate, 1 part of vitamin C, 1 part of soluble cellulose, 0.5 part of starch, 0.5 part of sodium silicate, 1 part of polyvinyl alcohol, 10.5 parts of slag, 1 part of codonopsis pilosula, 2 parts of motherwort, 2 parts of ammonium sulfate, 1 part of sodium polyacrylate, 1 part of amino silanol and 0.5 part of a water absorbent, wherein the water absorbent is hydrous magnesium silicate. The invention is mainly used for providing the novel efficient curing agent and the preparation method. The sludge curing agent provided by the invention has a wide treatable range, the obtained solidified soil is relatively high in hardness, and the sludge curing agent has long service life and high permeability and can effectively prevent harmful substances from leaking; and the product is weakly alkaline and has no pollutionto the environment.
